Project Timelines
Project timelines are mutually agreed upon before commencement and documented in the proposal or statement of work. Timelines assume timely client feedback, approvals and access to required accounts or assets.
Delivery of Deliverables
Deliverables are shared digitally through email, cloud storage, project management software, or other agreed communication channels.
- Email for documents, reports and approvals.
- Cloud storage links for creative files and large assets.
- Project management tools for ongoing task visibility.
- Direct publishing to your platforms and accounts where access has been granted.
Delivery Confirmation
A deliverable is considered delivered when it has been shared through an agreed channel and access has been made available to the client's authorised contact.
Delays
Delivery dates may be revised where there are delays in client feedback, third-party platform reviews, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. We communicate any change to timelines as soon as it is identified.
Support After Delivery
Post-delivery support and revision cycles, where applicable, are defined in the relevant proposal or agreement.
