Commencement of Services
Digital marketing and consulting services begin after project confirmation. Confirmation includes acceptance of the proposal and receipt of the agreed initial payment.
Completed Work
Due to the nature of digital services, payments made for completed work are non-refundable. This includes strategy documents, campaign setup, creative production, development work, media management and reporting already delivered.
Cancellation Before Work Begins
If a project is cancelled before work begins, eligible refunds may be processed after deducting applicable administrative charges, payment gateway fees and any costs already incurred on your behalf.
Customized Projects
Customized projects are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, as resources are allocated and effort is expended specifically for your requirements.
Third-Party and Media Spend
- Advertising spend paid to platforms such as Google, Meta or LinkedIn is non-refundable by A3M Consulting.
- Third-party costs such as licences, subscriptions, domains, hosting and stock assets are non-refundable once purchased.
Requesting a Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email from an authorised contact. The request should include the project name, invoice reference and reason for cancellation.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period after approval, typically within 7–14 business days. Timelines for funds to appear depend on your bank or payment provider.
Retainer Engagements
Monthly retainers may be cancelled with written notice as specified in the agreement. Fees for the current billing cycle remain payable, and services continue through the end of that cycle.
