Invoicing
Invoices are payable according to agreed timelines set out in the proposal, statement of work or retainer agreement. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are issued in advance for retainers and on agreed milestones for project work.
Payment Methods
International payments may be accepted through Razorpay and other approved payment gateways. Bank transfers may also be arranged where agreed in writing. Any transaction, gateway or currency conversion charges levied by the payment provider are borne by the client unless otherwise agreed.
Currencies
Payments are accepted in INR or USD depending on the agreement. The applicable currency is stated on each invoice and remains fixed for the duration of the engagement unless renegotiated.
Late Payments
Late payments may delay project timelines. Where an invoice remains unpaid beyond the agreed due date, we may pause work, withhold deliverables or suspend campaign management until the outstanding amount is settled.
Taxes
Taxes, if applicable, are the client's responsibility. Amounts quoted are exclusive of GST, VAT, withholding tax or any other applicable levy, unless expressly stated on the invoice.
Advertising Spend
Media budgets paid to advertising platforms are separate from our service fees. Where the client funds media directly through their own accounts, we manage spend within the approved budget. Where we are asked to fund media on the client's behalf, advance payment is required.
Changes to Scope
Additional work requested outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and invoiced upon confirmation. No out-of-scope work commences without written approval.
Disputed Invoices
Any dispute regarding an invoice should be raised in writing within seven days of the invoice date. Undisputed portions of the invoice remain payable within the agreed timeline.
